Products are fabulous, I begrudge paying for delivery however when membership is so expensive.

I'm new to Beauty Pie, and frankly was a skeptic. I thought I'd try for a month, then cancel. Six months later, I'd have to say "I was wrong" the quality of everything I've purchased is amazing, beyond anything I expected! My skin is grateful and glowing, even the hair products are wonderful. I'm hooked!

Easy ordering process. Great products. Order came quickly. Can't complain:)

Beauty Pie has been my absolute favorite find of this past year! As an esthetician and beauty product junkie, it’s like a candy store. Most products I have loved, some just okay and a few that I would not order again. The customer service and website are helpful, service is good but shipping and the weird little charges on credit card (foreign fees?) are kind of annoying. Still very happy with Beauty Pie overall!

I have loved all my purchases, and I can't wait for the new thinning hair products! However, if I could add a little constructive criticism: You have so many skincare products I want to try, but I have no idea what I need, or in which order to use them. (A lot has changed since I was an esthetician back in the day!) A skincare quiz/finder would really help. I would love to answer questions, have Pie select the best products and tell me when and how, click ADD TO BAG, and be done. I trust Marcia and her crew to tell me what I need!
