Return/exchange policy is a joke

It’s a shame to me that Beauty Pie won’t accept exchanges for products that don’t work for people. I have received a few products that I like, but about half of about 8 that I ordered were far too sticky to use or not moisturizing enough even though they’re listed as for dry skin. I ended up with so much hair and lint stuck to my face that I had to stop using them. I understand that it’s a hygiene issue, but I know of no other beauty companies that wont accept a return or exchange and just damage the products out. It’s also a shame that the website isn’t clearer about this policy before you join. Please either start selling samples or change your return policy. I’m more than happy to pay a few dollars to try a product line as opposed to committing to a full sized jar. Also, please start offering some very heavy products for people who have truly dry, dehydrated skin and live in cold environments.

We do outline on our Help Center on site that only unopened, unused items that are in the same resalable condition that you received them can be returned. We can appreciate that it can be difficult sometimes trying to find the best products suited for you, and as such we do currently offer a complimentary consultation service in which one of our product experts can get to know your skin type and lifestyle and will be able to recommend products and a routine accordingly.
