Excellent products from beauty pie and beautifully wrapped as always DPD courier services not so good as products left in full view on doorstep despite specifying the exact location via the tracking APP Also paid for next day delivery which did not happen However I emailed beauty pie and a refund of postage was transferred immediately so very good customer service and a very prompt reply so thank you

The website is easy to navigate, the products I have tried so far are absolutely lovely, the packaging is gorgeous without being wasteful, and last but not least, being a member means you can get merchandise at very affordable prices. What is not to like???

I have not been able to use all the products I purchased yet. I love the German eyebrow pencil and JapanFusion cream . I love the scent of the cologne but the scent does not stay very long. Not impressed by the undereye concealer but then I have dark under eye circles..

I'm a new customer...I joined the yearly subscription..and let me say I'm absolutely blown away. I'm not sure what magic is going on here but there is literally nothing I'm disappointed in or unhappy with...every skincare product is beautiful and elegantly made..the make is stellar! For the price I'm shocked! What a magnificent value here...I am so excited for the new year...can't wait to try the new releases coming up...if you haven't joined yet ? You better best thing I've found in 2021 hands down!

Overall I’m very happy with my experience so far. I cannot be happier with the eyeshadow sticks, the under eye corrector, mascara, face oil bronzer and skin care. This is an excellent company with high-quality formulated products. I would like to see a foundation stick and a tinted moisturizer.
