Ordering from the site was easy (although it took me several tries to realize that the UK and US have different logins). Loved everything I ordered, and the value seems extremely good. Will definitely be ordering again.

I have had issues updating my password on my account in the last week. I have tried the "Forgotten password" and not gotten an email. I have checked my spam/Junk as well and nothing. I just placed an order and received it a week or so ago. Went to try and look at my account and password no longer worked. I reached out to customer service via email and have yet to get a response, but I did get this review so I know my email address works. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I love the idea of cutting out the middle man but if I can’t return products that cause me to break out this system is useless to me.

I have had a great experience with every product I have received and am having so much fun gradually going through all the different categories from makeup to skin care to fragrances and beyond. The year membership is beyond worth it.

I've become a member and LOVE these products thanks to Mary at Skin Obsessed Mary on YouTube for doing a great review of this company. I've also had 2 friends purchase from here and they love their products as well. I buy mostly from the suggestions for anti aging and love it all. Ultimate anti aging cream, uber youth re elastic face and neck serum, brightening Niacinamide 10%, new to me, Uber Youth neck and chest serum spray, cream blush, AWESOME- deluxe body moisture cream love everything...
