I have really enjoyed the Under Eye Genius and the Candle.

I used to love your products and mission but I feel like as the business has grown the prices have continued to climb to comparable prices to luxury skincare brands. I recently purchased over $150 worth of products, waited 3 weeks and my items never came. When I called Beautypie to resolve the issue, there was no apology for the delay and they realized the order had not even processed yet they took my money. They dispatched the order but did not even cover shipping or give me a refund for my long wait. I had to resolve the issue via paypal, I was very unimpressed. I would rather try other brands if your pricing just continues to climb, while the packaging and customer service is mediocre. Disappointing because I truly loved the products, mission and price point, but it seems things have shifted at the company. I’ve been a customer for well over a year and have spent hundreds of dollars, but I will not be renewing my membership.

Only tried a few makeup products and i like them so far. The lip sticks and lip oils are my favorite.

I am very pleased with the skincare I bought (Super Drops) and all three cream eyeshadow sticks. The colors were accurately represented on the website. The price was excellent and it is a great formula. I will make future purchases from Beauty Pie
