First of all, I think that Marcia K is a genius: FitFlops completely changed my life and, before that, Bliss brought me many happy moments! But not only are the BP products aMAZING—at any price—but your customer service is beyond compare. My first package got lost and Sylvia finessed that issue in no time whatsoever—& was totally delightful to boot...& she’d already fixed an issue with a mistaken shipping charge. I cannot praise her enough!!!

I bought a membership mostly for skincare. I love trying new products and your formulas sounded amazing. However, my skin has recently become more sensitive to fragrances. I can tolerate some fragrance, but it's impossible to narrow down which fragrance I react to. I bought 3 products in the JapanFusion line and after experiencing irritation from the first 2, I decided not to even try the third. It looks like all the other products that interested me also have fragrance. I did buy two silk pillowcases, one for me and one for my mom, and they were ok. Not as soft as I had anticipated. I do plan to try other products in the future, but have lost that sense of excitement for the time being.

I enjoy the products I got so far. I know it shows a price comparison to what members pay versus a non member, I am still not sure if it really is a big savings. I would love to know what BP products can be compared to like popular name products so I can have an idea of like what I am really buying as far as ingredients and quality.

I am very impressed with the Superluminous Undereye Genius Corrector in light/medium. It’s brightening and blurring of dark circles and shadows is amazing! It is luminous, so if I’m going out, I set it with a little powder. I find I am not using concealer, as this does the job. I will continue to buy this product!!
