So far I like the products I purchased. What I am not happy about is I emailed a question and it took far too long to respond also the mere fact I can’t speak to anyone if I have issues is a pet peeve of mine. I don’t like doing business if I can’t speak to someone. I am a senior and I like to use the telephone.

Beauty Pie is wonderful. The products are great. However, this is only a 2 star review because of the poor delivery service. Having paid for express delivery, DPD, your delivery company managed to mess up my order many times. I eventually received it nearly 3 weeks after the initial order. It’s a shame, because once the products arrived, the quality was beyond reproach. However, your customer service was very good and you answered my difficulties promptly and efficiently. That said, I will be staying with you, and praying that next time, DPD, give a far better level of service. You might want to look at who delivers your products.

I am a photographer And hair and make up artist who has tried about everything on the market it seems. I have to tell you I am very impressed with almost everything I’ve tried so far!!! I am really h a huge fan and can see a Visable op difference in my Skin… I am no spring chicken and have mature skin this does definitely tighten things up:-) Love love love

Easy ordering and fast delivery for great products!

I received my order a week ago (fast shipping) and so far so great! All the serums I got seem good quality and the packaging is beautiful.

I have had a great experience with Beauty Pie. Almost everything I have received (and I have ordered a LOT of makeup and skin care) has been EXCELLENT quality. The only product I didn't love was the "ONE" face palette. It was quite powdery, and all of the products got powder into each other - and I mean a LOT of kick-up powder. It performed on the face very well, but I don't like the different eye and cheek products all mixing together. The other thing I have encountered is a lip liner being out of stock, but not showing that on the website. I ordered a product that I was charged for, but then it didn't arrive and didn't show up on my packing list when I received the box. I checked the website again, it showed in stock, so I re-ordered. The same thing happened again. If something is out of stock, one should not be able to add to cart! The actual products: Those things being said, the quality of the skin care blew me away! The happy face cream is excellent for me for night time (I'm a greasy gal) and the hyaluronic acid serum is so plumping. Also SO very impressed with the lip oils. They almost feel like a gel texture and they don't slide around on my lips. On the makeup side, the eyeshadow sticks are so good, comparable to the Laura Mercier caviar sticks. I got all three James Malloy eyeshadow quads, and they are just fabulous - great to travel with if you don't want to fuss with too many choices. The eyeliners are creamy and allow you to work with them until they set, then they are ON for the day. The matte setting powder in a compact is excellent. It kept me shine free for about 5 hours, which is quite a feat for me. I couldn't be happier with the products.

Hi, I have been looking for an anti-allergenic, organic, gentle make up for years. My eyes weep during pollen season and itch around our dog and horse. In the past, the organic cosmetics I have are so expensive it does not make sense. So, Bravo, you are the first company that has the most beautiful ingredients and they actually look great and feel great.. Eye brow gel is great; lip colors stay on, eye matte colors are lovely.
