Just signed up for Beauty Pie after reading rave reviews about the products. Ordered a skin care kit (which I haven't used yet) and the Super Healthy Hair shampoo and conditioner. These two products were a disappointment. They smelled nice but left my locks limp and greasy. I had hoped to find a new brand that was good for fine color treated hair. The bottles weren't expensive so it's no great loss but I will be going back to using my tried and true Nexxus.

Great products and nice packaging. I havr been using the gradual tanning drops for about 2 weeks and they work great!

The shipment arrived quickly and nicely packaged. My first experience with the JapanFusion cleanser was not good. It did not remove all my makeup. I will give it another chance. Love the Super Healing Skin Deluxe moisture Crème. So far I like the Super Healthy Skin Ultimate Anti Aging Creme.

I was excited to try this having heard rave reviews. I found the website fairly straightforward. And subscription well described. Once I decided to go all in, that’s where the disappointment started. I was offered a free blush product, which never arrived. I had several discount codes but it was not clear how to use them properly. Then I had a code for subscription but was told they couldn’t use it. Seemed like a lot of bait and switch. Not to mention the products that I wanted were continuously not available. I did put an order in and it has arrived. But the rough start is leaving a bad taste in the mouth. Customer service was prompt but offered no real solutions, didn’t answer all questions and offered what seemed like canned responses.
