I love most of the products that I've tried so far, but you use DHL for shipping. That company takes a very long time to deliver and tends to lose items in my experience. I really wish that you would use another shipping company. My orders have taken quite a while to arrive each time, which is why I haven't signed up for the full membership at this point.

I never got a response from a human. I got multiple notices that the ticket was being closed and even though I responded to those emails multiple times I did not get a real answer ever. My customer service experience was very much “off brand” from what I expect from this company.
