Been waiting for 3weeks for an order that states in route and has been at city an hour away for 10 days! I've filled out the "help" form twice and still no response. I just want my product. Additionally I've placed several other orders that have arrived with no problem within 5-7 days as stated, after the one that is still MIA. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I've tried every option to get in touch to get resolved but to no avail. Unacceptable!! Also half the order was a gift!!

I’ve enjoyed most of the products, but sometimes I think I’d prefer more guidance when purchasing new products. I’m never quite sure if they can be used with other skin care products or if they’re better of being applied alone.

I have only been using the skin serum for 3 weeks and I really love it. My skin is so smooth and has a nice glow to it. I will keep using it , very happy with this purchase
