My experiences with Beauty Pie have always been good! The shipments arrive promptly, the packaging is sturdy and pretty, but not wasteful. I look forward to getting my quality and cruelty-free products. It feels like Christmas 🎁!

I love the products, the delivery is slow and often takes 10 or more days. I can live with that because the shipping is economical and I plan for the long shipping times. I have had problems with the shipping boxes, however. They are often falling apart by the time they get to me and I have had a product arrive damaged before because the box was all torn up and had several holes/was crushed when it arrived.
