Super fast shipping and everything was packaged nicely. The only problem is I didn’t know when the package would arrive, because the tracking information was so inaccurate.

First I must say I have been a BeautyPie member since the beginning. I love being able to buy the best quality skincare products available anywhere for an affordable price. The quality in unbelievable. I gave BeautyPie 5 stars for quality and affordability. That said, the shipping is almost unbearably slow. My last order took almost 10 days to travel 500 miles. It was free. I would rather pay for shipping and get it in 2 days with FedEx ground rather than wait 10 days for free. Perhaps they could offer free or paid and be transparent with shipping times?

I was skeptical that the products would not be up to par with quality but at this price point I thought it was worth a shot. I have been blown away on how wonderful everything has been! And it was my house within three or four days!!

Everything is great. Customer service is great and I received order on time.

I would have given 5 stars but they sent me the wrong color of the superluminous genius under eye concealer. I chose light/medium and got medium/deep. So thinking that I may have not chosen right, but I'm pretty sure I did choose correctly. In any event, I ordered it again and now on review of my second order I notice that it doesn't show what color I picked on the order form. Crossing my fingers and hoping they send the right color this time. It's THE ONE item I was really interested in. As for the rest of what I received, I am using everything and waiting a little longer before I review any further.

Items arrived quickly, packaged beautifully and in perfect condition. The appropriate sized box too….unlike other companies who deliver in too large a box!

Love the products that Beauty Pie, provides and would highly recommend. Only thing too much packaging, is this really necessary?
