Great experience with Beauty Pie customer service. Their customer support team is as good as their products; which is saying a lot!!

I have loved all the products I have purchased from Beauty Pie, and I appreciate being able to up my skincare routine on a budget. The only disappointment has been the discontinuation of Love perfume. Just when I upped my membership allowance to buy the big bottle, it disappeared, never to be seen again. The other fragrances don’t interest me. I wish you would bring Love back.

Liking the texture of my facial skin

I love Beauty Pie. The content, the products, the pricing. I do think the pink shopping box is a little over the top in terms of material use, but I do also understand that there are precious things inside those boxes!

Good products, great prices. I'm always excited to get my orders in the mail. My friends love to receive Beautypie at Christmas.

Logging in was a pain. I have ordered in the past, but knew it was time for a membership. So tried to take part in the new membership offer. But when I entered my information… “It looks like you have an account with us. Log-in here.” And when I did, I received the message… “Account not recognized.” So do I have an account or not? Sent a message for help and then realized it’s not available on the weekends, so I kept trying. Finally got in, but my cart was emptied at every login attempt. I had to start over adding 12 items every time! Felt like I should update the help chat letting them know I finally was able to place my order. I included my thoughts that if you’re paying/renewing, the offers should be available. She replied with here’s a code for already members, which was not posted on the site. This does me no good after I have already purchased over $300. Most companies would have offered to make an adjustment to the order knowing it hadn’t been processed over the weekend.

I have loved every product -quick response when you have questions. I love everything about Beauty Pie

My only “complaint” about Beauty Pie is that there are SO many amazing choices, it’s hard to know what to try first. I’ve never been disappointed by their products.
