As soon as I placed my order I realized it was overnight shipping. Shipping was the exact same cost of product about 25 bucks. Tried to contact customer service and was unable to get ahold of someone. Product shipped and it is good but the whole situation was disappointing. Edit: If this review had attachment I’d add the snapshot of the request. I have also fwd email providing when I sent it. 6/13 at 10:16pm. It never got seen clearly and still hasn’t.

While the products are excellent quality, the uber-pink packaging is a missed opportunity. There’s a large male demographic that is invested in quality skin care. The all-things-pink (including the box it arrives in) is so over the top feminine, it has shades of Mary Kay and her pink Cadillacs, but not in a cool or ironic way. Total missed opportunity in wholly excluding men as product enthusiasts (none featured on the website either). Take a lesson from Sephora and Ulta and be a smidge welcoming to men - you might even sell more product & increase meNbership.

The initial ship date was off, but I was notified by beauty pie without having to reach out that a change had occurred. The items ordered arrived well packaged and there was no damage. So far the items purchased, mixture of makeup and skin care, are working out well.

Amazing quality products at great value! High quality skincare for any concern. I’ve tried many of the products over the year and many now became staples. Love their Japanfusion, Plantastic and Youthbomb lines for skincare. Great line up of vitamins and supplements as well.
