Product is always consistent. I've been ordering from them for nearly a year and have had 0 issues with any of their orders. This is my first time having brand loyalty in my life.

I ordered 3 candles for gifting. All 3 arrived with damaged boxes that I'm not going to gift. I reached out to Customer service to return them along with a face cleanser that I don't want. All brand new, unused. They asked for pictures of each item which I sent 3 days ago. I'm still waiting for a response from customer service. I followed up via email and STILL no response. Not a very good first impression.

The prices are awesome and they have some of the best nail polish I've ever used. Get the flexiglass top coat!!!

I have come to love many Beauty Pie products. I am able to try new things because I'm not paying the huge retail amount and I have found some winners! Thank you Beauty Pie!

I ordered 5 products and love 3 of them. I love the SUPER HEALTHY SKIN moisturizer and the SUPER HEALTHY ANTI AGING CREAM and the SUPER HEALTHY BODY lotion. I guess I will stick with the Super Healthy brand from Switzerland. The Swiss products are usually a very high quality and these products are just great for my mature normal to dry skin :-) The other 2 products I will donate. The highly rated Japanese Fusion Cleanser I didn't like at all. I am used to Cetaphil a very mild gentle cleanser that keeps my skin baby soft. The japanesefusion cleanser make the face white like a geisha white and I had some residue on my face. I took it off with a hot cloth and went back to my Cetaphil. The Apricot cleanser moisture balm is very greasy and has a very little apricot sense. I will use my 3 favorite products for now and may order more of the Super Healthy Skin Moisturizer which works great for my skin. I hope my review is helpful for others to shop Beauty Pie products.
