I just received my 1st "ever" order from beauty pie. I absolutely adore the pink box my products arrived in. Can't wait to get started, and start seeing some results!

The packaging is wonderful, like a gift, (aside from what shipping did to my pretty box👎) all the products are perfectly presented. And I already know I love the Healthy Skin lotion (worth the yearly subscription fee alone!!!) collagen lip balm is amazing, wasn’t too thrilled with the mascara, but it did the basic job, if that’s all you want. I’m excited about the Japanfusion elixir!

I like the ranges offered in skin care and they rival other brands I've used. The make-up is hit or miss but I wouldn't compare it to luxury brands. The other stuff is just stuff. I'd like for Beauty Pie to find their identity, so to speak. I don't think BP needs to be the one-go-to for everything; do one or two things really well. Input on what I'd like to see improve - packaging. In a lot of cases the thing that really separates luxury brands with BP is the packaging. A good example of effective packaging is Kate Somerville regarding the moisturizers. Tatcha has very, very good packaging across the board too. Overall, I am a happy member.

I love the beauty pie experience of being able to purchase high quality beauty and body products with affordability. As I age, my skin needs and makeup needs change, which requires also changing and experimenting with new products. It can be a very expensive experience when purchasing multiple high end products in search of a regiment that works for my skin and age, to find that some will not work for me. The price point, quality and extensive variety of beauty pie products makes the search less stressful. I feel the freedom of purchasing a product that I may have been a bit unsure of as it is affordable, and have found some new favorites. I just purchased the the Awesome Bronze self tanning drops and love them. They give just the perfect warm glow to my skin that works with the Solar Nude Wonder gloss lipstick for a perfect no makeup day.

I discontinued my membership. You sent me a order which I am attempting to return for a refund as I have financial stressors due to cancer. However I have tried at least five times to recreate a new password and after the system approves my new password when I go to sign in I am rejected. Also you gave me no order number to return it with
