Once the order leaves your warehouse with DHL the process is at turtle speed, it sits in NJ for days, every order. I do realize there is a expeditated service but the charge is cost prohibited. A shipping partner that expediates their process would be a better choice.

Easy purchasing experience with great explanation of the products. Shipped fairly quickly I was waiting patiently sort of. (I had the tracking open on safari until it came). I really enjoyed my experience with Beauty Pie.

The products are on par if not superior to the high dollar cosmetics, I have used for years. Shipping is fast and the value is unsurpassed.

Love the packaging and the products. This specific order took a lot longer to arrive and the tracking was not helpful. It said my order was on its way but delayed for several days beyond expected delivery. Also, they never followed up.
