Hi there, Thank you for sharing your review and I am sorry to hear the shade you purchased wasn't quite right for your skin tone. We offer shade matching with our shade experts if you can let us know a current product name and shade that is a good match for you! We can then have our team match you to a Beauty Pie shade. I am afraid at this time we don't currently have an exchange program in place, and we only accept returns on products that haven't been opened or used. We do mention this in our terms and conditions and our help center pages on site. However, I have reached out to you over email to discuss this further with you!
