I have been a member of Beuty Pie since 2020. I have never been disappointed with the products and they just keep getting better and better. The website is getting better and better. I love being a member.

You used a sketchy third party to deliver my order, not UPS. When found the order shoved over the fence. If you had sent the order by UPS delivery would have been correct. I contacted you at the time of delivery, but your customer service team was backed up by two weeks, so no one contacted me back.

Good products, but your delivery service is not good. And checking on where your shipment is strange, hard to understand.

I have been trying to make a return to this company for the last couple weeks and nobody will get back to me. Nobody will send me a QR code or label. I will turn over this to Paypal and let them come after you. Maybe you’ll do something if they come after you.

Hi Mary, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback with us. We’ve recently been dealing with an unusually high volume of enquiries, which has unfortunately led to longer response times than usual. We completely appreciate how frustrating this must have been. It appears that you may not have received our previous email. I can see that my colleague contacted you to assist with arranging your return. We understand that emails can sometimes be missed or may end up in your junk/spam folders. I have resent my colleague’s original email that was sent to you initially. We look forward to hearing from you via email and assisting you with your return. Best wishes, Priscilla from Member Happiness BEAUTY PIE
