Great customer service and very fast shipping!

I recently purchased the annual Lucky Bag and was excitedly awaiting its arrival. Imagine my confusion when Fedex stated it had been delivered. Despite requesting an investigation Fedex stuck by their claim and too bad for me. I fully expected to be offered a refund and nothing else. Imagine my surprise when Beautylish generously offered to replace my lost Lucky Bag without question! Amazing customer service and I got one of the extra lucky bags!

I have always had a great shopping experience with Beautylish. Good selection of products, notices of new products they are featuring, shipments arrive quickly and are packaged with care. If returns are needed again there is no hassle. Excellent communication throughout the transaction.

I've been shopping with Beautylish for years and have yet to have a bad experience. How many websites can anyone else say that? None, from my experience. Beautylish carries the best brands and adds more regularly. Shipping is outstanding, and if there's a delay (which rarely happens) they let you know. Importantly, the customer service reps are outstanding! I've never had the kind of service from anywhere as I do with Beautylish. Clearly, the CSRs are very well trained, but they also really care about the customer experience. And they stand ready to do anything they can to make your experience tops. I love Beautylish and highly recommend to anyone.

Terrible customer service canceled my order and asked me about another account that telling me is past due when it’s my daughters account. First time I was going to order from them. Emails have been ignored. So apparently if you are related to someone that has ordered from the website, you can’t order from them in all my years shopping online I have never had such a terrible experience. I was going to get something for my birthday. Update:They said the replied to my emails but they didn’t reply when I said it was my daughter’s account.they also closed mine. I didn’t receive any email after they said I had other accounts which I promptly reported are not mine . Only my daughter which she has one. They didn’t tell me anything else as to why I could not place my order or explain they only explained when I wrote my review. If I had known wouldn’t have bothered to leave a review in the first place
