I purchased the Sonia G brush set in 2021, and the Classic brush started to come apart. Took a chance and contacted Beautylish and they replaced it for free. It's great how much these brushes cost but they are totally worth it. They stand behind what they sell. Totally recommend!

My first order with your company and I was very impressed with your high level of customer service. That's very important to me. I don't care how many deals or specials a company can offer, if their customer service isn't there, I won't ever shop there. My order was damaged/lost/stolen in the mail and Beautylish was incredibly helpful in getting me out my order within just two days! Highly recommend!

I placed an order on the 23rd of January, which was delivered quickly. There is no reason to complain about this, I have always had good experiences with this company concerning the fast and efficient delivery. But my last order arrived incomplete, some items were not included in the package. I complained, I sent pictures and I received different responses from customer service!! first saying that they send replacements for products not received, then that they made a request for information to fedex and that they compared weights. My order arrived damaged and they refuse to provide a replacement or refund after apologize and admit that my order arrived incomplete!! what a chaotic customer service!

I'm impressed by the fast shipping. I placed my order on 1/31 and the package was coming to my way on 2/1. And the customer service team is very helpful and responsive.
