I have a certain card on my paypal account set as a preferred card to charge when making online purchases and they charged a different card on my paypal acct that is not a preferred card and so that I will not be doing business with them anymore. Well then explain to me why when I bought the product on JSC website it charged the correct card but when I tried it a second time with you and had the preferred card set too my credit card I wanted you guys to charge you charged my debit card again . So tell me again I was wrong no you are wrong

Dear Beautylish would you like to check my order KQBW-QPL4,it's almost 2 day i'm waiting my parcel...status have writing that my order already delivered...but untill today i'm not setting my order...i have ask my neighbour,but no One know about my parcel...ask them post office,they say my item already given to me??but i'm not received anything...i'm scare if someone used my details and sign...please help me..🙏 I already message then untill now Don't have a respond..they think i'm trying to lying them...very bad...i already ask for the cancelation but still Ignore my request....no replacement...and i need to pay the thing that i not used and get!very dispointed!

I used to love the site until I had to contact customer service. I ordered a lucky bag, and there was a razor blade hiding in Sugarpill lipstick packaging. I nearly cut myself with the rusty, possibly disease infected blade and immediately contacted customer service. They were quite rude and unhelpful. They were slow to respond via email and I had to constantly contact them in order to get a resolution. A little transparency or updates about the investigation would have been helpful. They only offered a replacement lipstick, but I wanted the entire shipment replaced knowing it could have been tampered with. After escalating my case to the supervisor, I was issued a refund and asked to never shop there again. I found it all really strange. If they responded quickly and were apologetic, I would have continued doing business with them. However, I got a weapon in my package and they closed my Beautylish account. I'm just really confused by all of it.

I love this site. They have fantastic products from diverse brands to choose from. They ship extremely fast and their packaging is amazing. The customer service is so responsive and extremely helpful. This is my favorite beauty site.

By far my favorite makeup ever. I once got a pallete with a cracked shade which is like, not a big deal but i mentioned it to them and they replaced it for me which was like so sweet! i'll definitely be coming back after that.
