Super customer service, quick and professional! Flexipay is very helpful if u want to break down your payments into bite size that can mean you can buy more wonderful products that may not be out in the UK. I recommend this company and will buy from them again.

Have used them many times now over the last 3-4 years and will continue to do so .. the option to use flexipay with no interest added and spread the payments somehow softens the blow of what I’m about to spend on make up 😂😂 Phenomenal customer service and the only one time there was an issue with something arriving that was a little broken it was replaced without me having to return the original product to them .. cannot recommend them enough tbh

I was extremely well served by Beautylish. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and my minor issue was sorted in the most wonderful way. The shopping experience was great and there was a very good selection of products in stock. I will definitely be purchasing from Beautylish again! Thumbs up :)

I purchase a lot of expensive makeup items. And every time I purchase from Beautylish I get the best service. And my products come very quickly. Not to mention the packaging is always top notch. I ordered a Jeffree Star palette, it arrived damaged and all they offered was 5 dollars off my next order. I will not be ordering from them again. I didn’t pay 80 dollars for something to come in that condition. I’m super upset

Beautylish is where I go when I want to buy couture makeup. I have never had a problem with this company, and it is easily the best makeup company on the internet. I once had a Jouer Cosmetics powder sent to me that was defective. Half of it was out of the pan, but there were no crumbles. I called Beautylish, and they had it sent to me the next day. I didn't have to go through any hassle or nonsense, they just sent it with an apology. I didn't have to even provide pictures or send the item back. I was happy they trust their customers. I also love that they have flexible payments. I'm a little sad they took away the 4-payment plan, and now it's back to 3, but it's nothing serious. I always get my packages within 2 days--even during the pandemic, shipping is always free for me because I make huge purchases, and the customer service agents are so polite, friendly, and kind. You will not be disappointed shopping through Beautylish for your favorite beauty items. If I could give 10 Stars, I would! Edit: The only issue I have with Beautylish is it can be difficult to find items using their search engine. I generally know what I want before I go on there, so it's not that serious once again, but it would be cool to have better search results when I am browsing and pretty much up for anything. Update 2022: even though beautylish has really amazing makeup, their packaging cannot be beat. Every time I receive a package from beautylish, it's presented so beautifully. I feel like I'm opening the crown jewels! They really seem to care about presentation just as much as they do about top of the line, couture makeup! I can't say enough good things about this company!

I’ve only been shopping with this company since April and each time the service has been amazing. My products have come beautifully wrapped and with a personalised note and some samples. Customer services reply within the hour of contact and do everything they can to help and make sure your query is resolved. I ordered a brand new palette collection on the 26th of June and it arrived today the 30th if June!! I live in the United Kingdom so was not expecting such speedy delivery during the current crisis. I can’t recommend this company enough.
