Can't believe how fast my order arrived from the USA. Less than a week! Usually it's 3-4 weeks from other sites. Plus the products I wanted were cheaper than other sites. And they didn't even offer free standard shipping, let alone express. Customer service is amazing too. 5/5

I am absolutely sad, I was missing a palette and they resolved that problem which is really good. The lady was so polite and really good communication her as an individual gets 5 stars. But two of my mirrors were slightly broken and all they say they could do is refund me $10 when thats not how much they are worth and one of the mirrors was a gift and the other was for me but it bothers me so much to receive a defective/damage product, When I purchased the bundle it never said it was final sale for the mirrors and when you go and click on the jsc bundle on the website it never says that the mirrors are final sale. It is so unprofessional to no state that in the description as a big business and one of the ladies I spoke with told me she could exchange but I would send back the mirrors and I was fine with that but then they called me and said "No, because it states that in the other mirror bundle that is final sale, but not the bundle you purchased". That is really rude and Unprofessional is hard earned money to not receive what you pay for and maybe fix descriptions before a launch or website to avoid any of this so Buyers can beware. Update: They emailed me and told me they would ship out the mirrors that came broken and I dont have to return. Definitely good service and Im glad they are understanding and own up to their mistakes. I will be buying more from them!

Top class website with a well deserved reputation for quality products and excellent customer service. Shipping is prompt and the packaging is second to none, though I do wish there were an option for less (or more environmentally friendly) packaging on items which required less protection in transit. Still a five star shopping experience though.

Compro desde España y la verdad es que no puedo tener queja alguna. Me encanta comprar en esta web porque de otra manera con conseguiría hacerme con marcas que no venden aquí. Si tuviera que poner una pega sería que ponen pocos descuentos. Otras web como Cult Beauty o Sephora ponen descuentos periódicos que me facilitan mis compras (Soy una adipta de la cosmética y el maquillaje), los tiempos entre el pedido y la entrega son elevados casi un mes, pero sabiendolo lo asumo. Me faltaría que activaran para España el pago fraccionado y sería una gran oportunidad para comprar.

AMAZING customer service! I was new to natural bristle brushes and emailed beautylish customer service to get some recommendations as the choices were so overwhelming. Lauren helped me so much by providing recommendations for the types of brushes I needed, which she had tried herself! A while ago I made an order which got lost in the mail (not their fault) and they sent a new one immediately, with expedited shipping! Beautylish has some of the best customer service out there.
