Première expérience avec ce site. Un peu réticente en ayant lu les commentaires en anglais mais RAS. J'habite en Belgique, livraison en temps et en heure, pas de taxes supplémentaires à l'arrivée. Sav très efficace. Produits emballés avec soin. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Got a lucky bag the 26/12/2020, so i PAID the 26/12/2020 114.00 dollars, they shipped the bag on the 13/01/2021 (what says on their web site), everybody started receiving the bags starting from 19/01/2021 in the US, to Europe around the end of jan or last in feb 3, France,Germany,UK,Netherland and so on. On January 31 I sent an e-mail to beautylish asking why my bag was stuck in Belgium " Departure to country of destination" since 26 jan and they responded Do not worry Your bag just is in the process to leave Belgium to be delivered to Ireland, sent the same e-mail to Bpost and they responded Your bag left all ready n the 26 jan. e-mailed Beautylish again on the 7 jan asking about my bag, and without even offering another bag, they just cancelled my order and they write "is probably lost", in their web site is SPECIFIED that this kind of bags CANNOT be returned, now on their page my bag as the status as RETURNED ! So they can return the bag to please themself, but the customer CANNOT return the bag if is unhappy, And as i can see on you tube they replaced items damaged for some customers for the Lucky Bag, But I CANNOT have a REPLACEMENT of the LOST bag

The most disgusting service in the world and no customer support in this company! I made an order on 23.12.2020 and for 2 weeks there is no information about my order! The money was written off and did not fulfill the obligations! If you cannot deliver the goods - return the money or close the order! Given that I have already sent 2 letters to the customer service !!! I received no answer about the fate of my order! Where is my money and my order ??? This is a fraud? Then your activities need to be checked by the police and tax authorities! Never order anything from this company!)

Amazing customer service from Jazmine! I had an issue with payment for my order earlier and had to contact their CS. Thank you for assisting me. It was pleasent and response was fast too! Don't be afraid to reach out to their CS if you need help with your order. Plus point, my order arrived as scheduled! Great experience.

I order items from Beautylish to be delivered to me in Singapore. Shipping is free to Singapore for orders over US$100. I've ordered from them once so far and everything went well. I received my items in just about a week and everything was well packaged. I can't comment on their customer service because I've not had any need to contact them. But overall, I will definitely keep buying from them as they are a great site if you want to buy Sonia G or Wayne Goss brushes or Japanese fude brushes from brands such as Chikuhodo and Koyudo.

This was my first time to order from Beautylish. My order arrived on schedule. I am from Manila. I am satisfied with the customer support team and the service. The items inside were beautifully wrapped. Even if I just ordered 2 items, I was surprised to receive freebies (that are actually useful: mini samples of Good Molecules primer and toner). I ordered Wayne Goss # 4 and Sonia G’s mini booster. They did not disappoint! All the reviews of these brands and their brushes are not exaggerations. The brushes are very soft and diffused/blended the shadows perfectly and I am not even a pro make up artist, but someone who just enjoys applying make up.
