I always enjoy placing an order with Beautylish because they are very quick and keep me well informed. I am immediately notified when the package ships, when the delivery date is, and when it has been delivered. I am always contacted promptly by the company to make sure that I get it. They keep in contact and are very quick to interact and answer questions, and that just makes the process so much more enjoyable. Shipping is also usually ridiculously fast - I'm not usually in a hurry, and with launches, sales, and the pandemic you'd think that there'd be some delay, but delivery is a quick as ever. I also appreciate being able to opt-in for reminders for launches, as well as given the dates and times in advance. It's just a smooth process when ordering for them, and I appreciate it.

Quick and easy pay in 3 installments,user friendly website

I order my brushes expecting to receive them in about a weeks time however I got them in 3 days! Couldn't be happier with the service. I will definitely be looking to shopping at the website more often. The brushes themselves are exceptional quality and exceeding my expectations. Thank you beautylish for great service and a great product.

Beautylish is always quick with fulfillment. My go to for all things beauty.

I would of gave 5 stars... but a couple of issues. 1st I had ordered the jeffree star summer mystery bag. I had watched 100s of unboxing videos of different variations and was super excited to see which variation I had received. Once I had received my order, I quickly noticed 2 things. 1) my variation was one I had not seen anyone else received, not one person! 2) I was obviously missing some items bc the overall value was not met. This bag is supposed to value over $165, yet I only had $101 in products. So I reached out to beautylish and they quickly replied and apologized. They did send out 2 more products that they thought was missing. If this was a review of beautylish customer service, it would for sure be 5 stars, but as for my order and the products I received, I was super disappointed 😞... Again I had watched so many unboxings of so many different variations, yet somehow I was the only one to have received this variation. Yes, once customer support sent 2 more products, I did receive the promised value, but this particular variation in my opinion was awful.
