I always enjoy the service Beautylish offers, the website is accessible, shipping is quick and the products are packaged beautifully (yet no excessive packaging that makes you feel awful for the environment). All around lovely experience. If anything, I would love it if in the future you might consider shipping to Iceland as it would make things simpler for me (also it would result in me using the website much more). I received a defective product, wrote to them THREE times, it's been over THREE WEEKS and still no reply!! Unbelievable. Why even bother having a customer service email address when no one is there to answer it!
