I ran in to an issue, when upgrading my subscription, and reached out to Beatport support. Within hours, they had reached out to me and rectified the situation. I was incredibly impressed with their customer service.

They recently charged me for Beatport Advance which I didn't sign up for and didn't want. This kind of scam subscription should be illegal, and it's very disappointing when it comes from a website that I have been using for many many years. I will seriously reconsider my business with them.

Been charged "£106.81, noticed i have also been charged £106 same time last august. Cannot contact anyone to discuss this. I have not bought £106 worth of tunes ever in one go and am not subscribed (that i Know of) to any service, if i am i am unaware and have never used the services. But i cant talk to anyone as impossible to contact customer services Update to this. Beatport contacted me via email saying this wad not them, it was label radar. I have decided not to chabge this post but update it to say this. Label radar must be sonething to do with beatport as they label payment on my account as beatport, so i have spent time trying to contacr beatport. They also claimed they had no contact attempr from me. My point wad i could not speak to anyonr fro. Beatport to get issue resolved.in fact i would have to wait up to 48 hours for response where they did what i exoected. No issue resolved and pointed me to another business they are clearly involved in. So now i have had to start same process all over again as there partner does not let me speak to a PERSON. Meanwhile they have taken money out if my account for a service i never ever use. So even though they askes me to change my review which i have it is just to update it to show i am still not happy. There is a lack of trabsparency with companies that do subacription servuces have no way to cancel tgrough portals which you are easily and sometimes unaware that you have done then take money with no recript or warning by email that they will be taking payment. I wad tempted to change to 1 star. I am no further forward getting this issue resolved and hq e been sent on wild goose chasr

Beatport is the gold standard when dealing with music. Recently had an excellent experience with the customer service, and they solved the problem quickly!

I'm new to Beatport, and I've been loving how easy the website makes it to discover songs I like. In addition, their customer service has been impeccable—quick to respond, extremely helpful, and consistently courteous.

Best costumer service ever! I had an emergency to fix before a release, and they helped me develop everything i asked for in a 2 day time, which was really surprising, because the help i needed wasn't easy to get, but they managed to deliver it the best way, in an excepctional time. Gotta give props to Pauly, who was my attendent, and helped me SO MUCH on everything i needed. Absolutely the BEST!!!
