This is the best pool cleaner on the market! Very thorough cleaning and easy to use. My pool is a free-form shape and it does very well. A+++

Beatbot AquaSense Pro Cordless , have been using for 2 years now. never had a problem. It does a good job of cleaning the floor and the side walls. Best features are the easy to clean baskets, the integrated app that lets me track its progress and notifications when it is complete cycle. Would recommend.

Not only a great product, but the customer service is amazing. I bought an A100 Pro that had some issues. I sent an email asking about my problem and they walked me through troubleshooting things. After a few attempts to get it running properly, they decided there was an issue with one of the motors. They immediately shipped me a new unit. Everyone that I dealt with was super friendly and positive. Things like this make me a future customer and will recommend them to anyone!

Our Beatbot is AMAZING! Wow! I highly and I mean HIGHLY! Recommend getting one. If you are a busy person and on the go and when you finally get to use your pool you don’t want to spend time cleaning it! Let beatbot do the work. And using the machine is so easy. Excellent response to replace the A100 Pro. The original was bought in April 2025 and was very pleased with its performance. This year it did not do as expected. I was pleased with the customer service I received to resolve the issue by replacing the old unit with a new A100 Pro.” You are

Excellent communication and fast response time. I purchased a Sora 30 and before it arrived I had decided what I really wanted was the Sora 70 (surface cleaning won me over). Beatbot Support issued a return shipping label for the Sora 30 within in 24 hours of me contacting them. I placed my order for the Sora 70 and was notified it was packaged and ready to ship and will arrive May 7, the order was placed May 2. They also included a free dust cover for the new Sora 70. That's great customer service!

I purchased a beatbot sora 30 to replace a polaris 360. So far it has done well cleaning the pool. I have only ran it 4 times. Hopefully it will last. Will write another review after I try out the finer filter that's coming out in a few months.
