My Beatbot had a malfunction with the depth sensor and was no longer functioning. I contacted customer support, and they were responsive, cooperative, and very accommodating. Excellent service and resolution; We are extremely satisfied!

My good friend and I both own the Sora 70 and ISkim. These products work flawlessly, look great, and are highly efficient. I’ve had a Dolphin corded floor robot for a few years, and while it was a nice upgrade from the pool-side Polar air systems from decades ago, these wireless Beatbot cleaners take things to a much higher level. Think of them as the most modern 5G and 6G phones compared to 3G and 4G phones from 10 years ago. It simply gets the job done more quickly, with less aggravation and far more features for a spotless clean. My pool has never looked better. The Sora 70 operates for several hours, which means I can get a few days of cleaning from it without needing to recharge. The ISkim pretty much runs forever continuously re-charging with its solar panels without needing a wall-outlet charge but it is nice that you can plug it into the wall if its cloudy for several days. I was reluctant for a while, vacillated back and forth on what to buy, if anything at all. Now having used these Beatbot cleaners, I couldn’t be any more pleased with my choice in buying these products.

Had a broken wheel that required the Beatbot to be replaced as it couldn't be easily fixed, Beatbot replaced it with no cost at all to ourselves. The Beatbot works great. Best pool cleaner we've ever purchased, and with customer service like that, we are very happy.

Beatbot is one of the best companies, Barnone. Their product, the Aqua Sense X, has worked so well that we no longer need a pool cleaning company, and it has reduced our chemical use by about 40-60% with their clarifying element. This product is the best on the market. I am so glad that we made the investment. The customer service is just as good as the products. They answer all emails quickly. I love this company and i love their products i cannot espress enough how great this company is.

We have enjoyed our Beatbot AquaSense 2 and it does a fine job. However, for whatever reason we had an issue in the second year of ownership. The costumer service department worked with us for a period of time to resolve the issue, and when it was determined that we could not resolve it, they replaced the unit. The warranty works, and while I am hopeful (and confident) that I will not need it again, it is so nice to have a company that stands behind the product and helps the customer. Thank you!!!

I'm not crazy about their call center being overseas, but I must admit, they helped me tremendously. I purchased a Beatbot Sora 10 and its been working great, except that it would NOT pick up the fine dust and dirt. When I called them to see about a finer basket, they had JUST come out with one for the Sora 10 and shipped me one-FREE!....that's the way to treat clients...I love it!!
