We purchased a Beatbot in April and loved how it cleaned our pool. After 4months of use it stopped charging. We contacted the company via email and they suggested we return it so they could check it out. They provided the label and I dropped it off. Once they received the Beatbot they sent a brand new one back to us! The service has been so prompt and they are great at communicating!

I BOUGHT A BEATBOT AT A LOCAL POOL PLACE AND IT WORKED FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND THEN ALL OF THE SUDDEN IT STOPPED WORKING. SO I CONTACTED SUPPORT AND I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW WELL THEY TREATED ME. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS EMAIL THEM MY PROOF OF PURCHASE AND THEY SENT ME A BRAND NEW BEATBOT, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. I RECEIVED IT ABOUT 10 DAYS LATER USED THE NEW BOX TO SEND BACK THE BROKEN BOT. THEY SENT ME A SHIPPING LABLE AND THE REST IS HISTORY. SO I AM PLEASED TO SEE A COMPANY STAND BY ITS PRODUCT AND PROVIDE THE PROPER SATISFACTION TO ITS CUSTOMER. REMEMBER THE BEATBOT IS NOT CHEAP AND HAD IT NO BE FOR THEM STANDING BY THEIR PRODUCT I WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY UPSET. BY THE WAY THE NEW BEATBOT WORKS GREAT AND REALLY CLEANS THE ENTIRE POOL. THE WALLS, THE BOTTOM, THE SURFACE. IT RUNS FOR LIKE 8 HOURS STRAIGHT. I AM EXTREMELY PLEASE WITH THEIR PRODUCT AND MOREOVER WITH THEIR CONFIDENCE IN THEIR PRODUCT TO BELIEVE A CUSTOMER SEND THEM A NEW BOT BEFORE THEY RECEIVED THE OTHER ONE BACK. FIVE STARS FOR THEM AND THE SUPPORT TEAM IS SECOND TO NONE. TIM

I own a Beatbot AquaSense 2 ultra 2 pool cleaner that recently malfunctioned. I reached out to Beatbot and their customer service walked me through troubleshooting and when it was decided I needed a replacement, they didn’t hesitate to send me a new one while the old one was being shipped back. I am very pleased in the service I received and would but from them again. Thank you Beatbot customer service!

After my A100 Pro robot stopped working, and after contacting Beatbox customer service, I was provided outstanding support, starting with suggestions to fix the robot to, ultimately, after determining the robot was not fixable, the company replacing my robot and accepting responsibility for my return of the A100 Pro. I was extraordinarily impressed with how quickly the company responded. I cannot thank the company enough for its exceptional customer service!

Had an issue with my Beatbot and called customer support. Within a few minutes they had sent me a return label to send back the machine that wasn't working properly. They replaced my Aqua Sense Pro model with a brand new updated Aqua Sense Ultra machine, free of charge. I am very grateful for such wonderful customer support and overall communication!
