The Beatbot iSkim Ultra and Aquasense 2 work great. Customer service has been exceptional, when I had to call to get a replacement basket.

This past Tuesday morning I had a mechanical failure of the brush drive gear. I called customer service and chatted with Veronica who set up what needed to be done (pictures of the robot). The next day, Carry wrote and informed me that parts and a video were on the way. I previewed the video and it became obvious as to how to repair my problem, so when Fridays fed ex delivery came it was about 30 minutes before I had the bot back in the pool cleaning again. I purchased the Beatbot aquasense 2 and iskim ultra robotic cleaners. I’m totally loving them. Excellent upgrade over my previous maytronic dolphin and betta 2 skimmer. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to get pool robotic cleaners

Best pool robot I've ever had. Super simple to use and I love the skimming feature. I've had a couple of issues with the unit over the 2 years I've owned one and in both cases customer service has been shockingly responsive. With very few questions they simply offered to replace the unit both times. The most recent time, I'd lost the original packaging, so they shipped me the replacement unit first so that I could return the defective unit in its original packaging. I simply haven't experienced this level of customer service and professionalism in a long time.

I have had my beatbot pool cleaner for two years and I love it. In fact, I am a solar pool heating contractor and I refer all of my customers to beatbot. It is the easiest way to clean a pool and the robot works great. I had a small battery problem and customer service was quick to take care of the problem and even threw in a couple extra surprises for me. They have been amazing to work with and I will continue to refer them especially after this last experience.

I’ve had an excellent experience with BEATBOT customer service. I bought my husband an aquasense for Christmas. We saw they are launching a new product that we’d like to have instead. I contacted customer service and they walked me through the return process and sent me a link to pay a deposit on the new model. All of my questions were handled promptly and professionally. They stayed in communication with me and updated me on my return status.
