My beatbot pool cleaner had a charging issue. I emailed customer service and they asked for the S/N number. They responded within a few hours and said it was under warranty and sent a shipping label to send it back. My machine was a few weeks of being 2 years old. I was expecting to hear sorry the machine is to old to be under warranty. But they sent me a brand new Machine. FREE NO QUESTIONS ASKED. who does that these days. I am so happy I purchased my pool cleaner from Beatbot. I would do it again knowing the commitment they have to making my experience with Beatbot the best ever.

Ran into an issue with my Beatbot not holding a charge just shy of the 2 year warranty. Contacted customer service and within a week after sending mine back they shipped me a brand new unit. They arranged an at home pickup via FedEx and supplied me shipping free of charge. I give them 5 stars for honoring their warranty and responding promptly to every email I send. I will definitely buy Beatbot in the future. Their pool vaccum cleans my pool very well and it’s very easy to use.

We purchased a AquaSence Pro which started to have "install basket" issues and not performing. We contacted Beatbot.com and where given a prepaid return shipping label and once received to the warehouse a AquaSense Pro 2 upgrade bot was shipped free of charge. The ppl were quick to respond and resolve the situation. It was a excellent customer service.
