Hi Kelli, We hear you on the cancellation, and we're sorry the whole order went the way it did: a 28-day wait, gummies you didn't like, and a request to cancel before shipping that was turned down. The taste feedback has gone to our product team. To be transparent about how our subscriptions work, the terms, including the recurring billing schedule, are displayed directly above the purchase button at checkout before an order is placed. As a Shopify-powered store we are required to present that disclosure on every subscription order. There is also a way to handle changes without emailing anyone. Hi Jeremy, We're sorry. An order placed in January that still hasn't shipped by late March, with a label sitting unused since the 11th, is not acceptable, and being told the item was in stock only makes the wait harder to understand. There's no version of this where the delay is reasonable. We can't resolve an individual order through a public reply, but your review has been passed to our fulfillment team with the dates you gave so the hold-up can be traced, and to make sure this isn't happening to other orders from the same window. A label with no movement behind it, and messages sent to two email addresses, Instagram, and text that went unanswered or were bounced from one inbox to another, adds up to an order that was paid for and then effectively ignored. That is on us. Hi John, Six weeks from placing an order to still waiting on it is far too long, and we're sorry you were left in that position. Ordering two months' worth in early February and having nothing in hand by mid-March would leave anyone disappointed in us, and you're right to say so plainly. Hi John, A shake that never gets mixed does nobody any good, so if the gummies survive a busy schedule where a powder would not, they are doing their job.
