I have been using Beanz since Sept 2023 as part of the Sage cashback promotion. So far the experience has been great, I have received all the cashbacks due so far, the second payment was delayed, just about to hit the third. No issues with changing orders, pausing deliveries, choosing beans myself or using the barista choices. Only one mistake where ground coffee was sent instead of beans, this was immediately rectified upon notifying them by sending out 2 more bags of whole beans free of charge. Most of the coffee has been of good quality, my cheapish machine makes better coffee than most establishments I visit, though this maybe more to do with the barista making it than the coffee they use. Overall I would recommend as the platform is easy to use, the beans are always freshly roasted, the coffee is good, customer service when used was spot on.

I had a query about my subscription. A brief email to Beans support resulted in a quick reply back with a clear explanation to my query. Fast, efficient and easy to understand. Great customer service.

Good experience - nothing to complain about

I had a damaged bag and a wrong bag delivered. After sending an email the customer care team were quick to respond and were efficient in rectifying. The damaged bag was replaced and the correct beans sent. Thank you. I understand things can sometimes get damaged in the post and mistakes happen with orders. I’m grateful the process was easy to put right.

Excellent customer service! I ordered some beans but there were shipping issues and my order was sent back. Customer service immediately placed a new order, which arrived this time. Highly recommend!
