I have nothing positive to say about my experience with Beanz - trying to claim one of my promised promotional cashbacks. All of the potential solutions involved clicking on links which looked like (and behaved like) scams and they were utterly unable to help me get out of the loop. I gave up. It will be interesting to see if I get my next promotional cash back, due very soon. Either way, I won’t be ordering from Beanz again in the future.

We're so sorry for your frustration - that’s not the experience we want for you. To honor any promotion, we do require a completed registration: (1) your full shipping address, (2) a contact phone number, and (3) proof of purchase. We’ll email you shortly with a secure form to collect these details and finalize your registration. Until we receive all three, we’re not able to send any items, including the complimentary coffee.

No one, and I mean absolutely no one, reached out to me after submitting an online claim after receiving the wrong number of bags (not once but twice). I had to find a number for beanz (which was already a headache) and call multiple times to get it fixed. Their online system is a joke. We paid for three bags two months in a row and only received two bags two months in a row.
