Delivery of coffee beans went astray and support was given with the provision of a bag to tide us over while the other was tracked down. Ultimately it was discovered the original bag had disappeared and a replacement was ordered from the roaster and delivered. Support provided was excellent.

I was drawn to Beanz by their excellent rewards programme after purchasing my Sage Barista Pro, and it has proven to be a fantastic choice. For a Sage owner, being able to collect points towards new products just by buying coffee is a win-win. The service itself is top-notch. The selection of high-quality coffees is impressive, and the website makes it simple to filter and choose. My orders have consistently arrived within 3 to 4 days. The one feature I believe would complete the service is the addition of brew guides for each coffee. A simple recommendation, such as dose in grams, yield amount, and brew time, would be invaluable for getting the perfect extraction and flavour. I hope this helps!
