The offer for two free bags of beans was not fairly advertised. The form asked for selection of preferred flavour of coffee but I was automatically given 2 x Allpress bags and told that was the only option.

Beans delivered 9 working days after ordered Delivery window is supposedly 3-8 working days … honestly this is already too wide and to miss it is poor customer service -

Abo nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe mir alle 3 Wochen Bohnen schicken lassen. Hat soweit auch funktioniert. Danach war der erste Cashback verfügbar, versucht über PayPal, als auch über IBAN auszahlen zu lassen…fehlgeschlagen. Den Support kontaktiert, leider nur unverständliche, wahrscheinlich Google Übersetzer Antworten erhalten. Screenshots werden gefordert, aber keinerlei Erklärung von was. Selbst die Preis Erhöhung zwischendurch habe ich in Kauf genommen, da der Kaffee Yirga Santos ist gut, aber leider hat man das Gefühl mit der „Abo - Cashback Aktion“ verarscht zu werden…schade

Initially very good experience, great coffee. Coffee remained brilliant but the services was poor. One order was left outside so they resent (quickly) but after that things fell apart. An order was missed, and then I was one order behind. Tried to resolve this via email but case was closed then reopened, required a call, assured a pending payment would be refunded but it was not. Cashback was removed from my account. Great coffee but poor service. Happy to report if this gets resolved after the company reads this. Ideally we have a conversation with a UK call centre.

Breville customer suppore does not listen. Does not respond. and then they send an email adking how they did. Priceless

No one helped me with my issue. The case simply just closed.

Beanz customer care is rude and unhelpful. You are better off dealing directly with the roasters. It shouldn’t be this hard to get what you order.
