Response came in a timely manner. Resolution offered was excellent. For improvement: An explanation for why my order was improperly filled would be helpful. It was a "roasters choice" order and without that information I'm not comfortable placing another "roasters choice" order.

It’s nice to have a customer service team who don’t rely on bots and come back to you quickly, and don’t make customers jump through loads of hoops to speak to them. Thanks Beans!
