Really bad support and dodgy practices. Do not get the overpriced beanz, they randomly change your order even when you pick your own beanz when NOT using the barista selection. Make you fight hard for cashback and if you pause or cancel they continue to send. Try talking to support ... Good luck.

Avoid at all costs - still waiting for my ticket to be resolved. The only time they do anything is when I post a negative review here. I've bought my 20 bags of beans to get the cashback offer, but because their system screwed up when I had to change from paypal to credit card payments, they couldn't transfer my subscription, despite speaking to somone on the phone who told me it would be easy to do. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.

horrible customer service. i signed up for the subscription to redeem the $200 cash back after order x amount of beans. I was using it for 4 months. I am moving so I tried to log into my account to update it and it says i have to verify my email, but it won't send a verification email. I used email support, the person stopped answering me and just cancelled my subscription without telling me. I called and wasted so much time talking to people that offered no support and never responded or emailed or anything. I just needed help accessing my account to update my address and subscription and be able to redeem the $50 I earned. What is so difficult about that?! nothing! its basic technical support. I will definitely never start another subscription and I'm honestly soured on even owning a breville machine.

Website does not work - cashback subscription doesn't activate. Customer service is slow and poor. Multiple service tickets result in cashback subscription remaining inactive. Don't bother trying to use a Breville cashback, it's a waste of time.

As many other have said, this site has such poor customer service, it's essentially a scam. Many of their offers and promotions are misleading as the website is specifically designed to make it almost impossible to actually benefit from the rebates. The customer service is very very poor. Very slow and no attempt to help customers. I think part of their business model must involve scamming customers into buying subscriptions in hopes of earning cash back, then designing the subscriptions in such a way that most customers end up earning points at less than half the rate they were promised. The coffee is generally fine, though grinds are inconsistent. For example, the espresso was often ground too fine for most mid-level espresso machines levels. Ultimately, you'd be much better off finding a local roaster and supporting them. This is the first company I've used in a long time where I will actively warn my friends and family to avoid.

I bought a Sage Barista Pro coffee machine which come with a promotional offer of 6 free coffee bags through Beanz. I received my first 2 bags no problem, the 2nd order was where the issues started. I received an email saying due to errors at their end, there was a delay in getting my order out. After a few more days, the 2nd order still hadn't arrived so I got in touch with Beanz support and was told my order would be sent ASAP and to apologise for the inconvenience I was being given a complimentary bag along with 15% off my next orders. These orders finally arrived, but the complimentary bag didn't. I got in touch and they apologised again and a few days later the complimentary bag arrived. I've now had 4 out of 6 bags from my promo offer and due to get 1 more order of x2 bags. 2 months on, nothing arrived. Got in touch with the support team who are absolutely shambolic. Was told I've had all 3 orders, and even gave me the order numbers. When I pointed out I've had 2 orders and 1 which was a complimentary bag due to their errors and mistakes, they're now refusing to even respond to me. Medhi from the customer support team has been useless. Had they taken the time to actually look at my account, they would see it clearly shows 4 out of 6 orders completed. There is also email trails regarding the complimentary bag that was given to me. The 15% they also claimed they have given me is non existent as they've not provided any code, nor has anything been applied to my account. I will not be using this company ever again and I warn others to be wary before purchasing anything with them.

Terrible service, not worth it. Of the three shipments I’ve had two of them I was sent the wrong coffee. After finally having enough I contacted to cancel subscription and refund as I no longer wanted replacements sent. Three weeks later and several chasing emails still no refund and no response. The customer service is terrible, would advise everyone to steer clear, there are far better coffee subscription services out there

I have a subscription with beanz and this is now the 2nd time the coffee has not arrived. Previously I have been billed twice, which I had to report to PayPal. My latest order has not arrived and I have reported to beanz. I received a response advising me a new order would be placed with another roaster and I was requested to pick another coffee, which I did immediately. I have had no response from beanz whatsoever since and I have chased both by email and via their website. I would not recommend their subscription service to anyone and will be cancelling as soon as I am able to.
