Terrible company! Beware!! They chose a third party shipping company with a 1 star review. My product took 14 days to get to me and missed Hanukah. The company refused to allow me to return the product- even though their shipping company took 14 days just to get it delivered. No respect for Jewish holiday or concerns of customers!! They are not flexible and are not customer friendly.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOUR IN THE UK. Ordered as a birthday gift while on offer, not realising the hair grip was so short. I only saw this once the box was opened today. So they won’t accept the return on both counts. Reading other reviews I’m not the only dissatisfied customer. I’m wondering if this is a scam?

Please don't order from them. I thought because it was "family" "women" etc. company that the customer experience would be great. I ordered the product, thinking with 10 days of shipping time I would be able to get a product from a US base company in plenty of time, however, after a week, it still has not shipped. I won't get it for the purpose I bought it for, customer service (while fast in responding) provides no helpful information and just a lot of cut and paste responses. I am now worried, if I ever even receive it, that I will get a lemon of product. I should never trust these social media pushed companies. Highly disappointed.

Horrible communication- tried to cancel and no option avaliable- however i hear it takes weeks to get an order and tracking number. just a lie they cant do it or work on it or towards

Wouldn't recommend as they are quite dangerous hard to control when you are rotating the swivel. Not worth the money.

Their customer service and follow-up after the sale is horrible. EVERYTHING on their website is "on sale" for at least 30% off. Thus, making every sale "final" and non-returnable for refund or credit. My email and phone are blown up with multiple messages daily with their "sales". So, therefore, your business practice stinks. I will make sure all I know is aware of this.

Beachwaver refuses to accept a statutory cancellation as per Consumer Contracts (2013) regulation. I've made them aware of this multiple times, but as a business mainly working out of the US (albeit selling to the UK) they simply don't care. Stay well clear of this business if you want to deal with businesses who adhere to UK law only. As of 4th October 2023, this issue is not resolved, and despite making Beachwaver aware of their unlawful policy, no amendments have been made. The case has now been referred to Trading Standards as a first instance.
