Beachwaver Co.Reviews of beachwaver.com

My beachwaver literally saved my life since I’ve been able to curl my hair, and it recently broke. I reached out, and customer service was super helpful! They are sending me a replacement since it’s within one year, and I’m truly grateful! Thank you!!

Customer service rep was able to help me and replace a damaged item ASAP. Great customer service!

I placed an order and immediately afterwards I realized I ordered the wrong barrel size. I was able to use my email as a reference how to get ahold of them to cancel the order (which is through email) very convenient to reply to the confirmation email. Within minutes I was refunded and was able to go back online and reorder the correct one!

I recently received an order that came damaged and sent an email to the support team. The issue was resolved in less than 24 hrs!! I absolutely love the products that I have gotten from them and will continue to purchase the products!

I bought the wrong size of the Beachweaver, and I contacted the company to find out what I could do. Since I purchased it on sale, it wasn't refundable, but Clara was so nice to actually give me a refund so I could buy the right one! The customer service is amazing! And, besides the wrong size, which was totally my fault for not having reviewed all of them, the Beachweaver is fantastic! So easy to use, and the curls last a very long time, at least on me. I use the F350 temp and have wavy, frizzy, fine hair, so I never go above F350 when I use styling tools. The curls lasted all day, but for me, they were too tight, which I personally don't like. So, I will now purchase the bigger size! I highly recommend this company! And the curler! Thank you, Clara!
