Very odd service. After opening the box to check the right item was in there, I wanted to get a feel for the item in my hand. Decided it was too big for me to operate and the barrel was too large for my hair. I emailed customer services to ask about how I return the item to be told I couldn’t as I opened the box, they apologised and hoped I could find another use for it. After questioning this very unhelpful odd response they offered me a return but would deduct 15% from my order. Very archaic refund process and not satisfactory I’m afraid, very disappointed.

Waste of money for me. I bought 3: S.75, S1 and S1.25 after looking at numerous reviews. I've used these 4 times and each time my curls were out within half an hour. I tried pinning them, and I bought texturing and volumising products to no avail. I even used hair spray before and after each curl. What a mess. Yesterday I tried an experiment. I curled one side of my hair with S1 and the other using my flat iron. The Beachwaver side lost its curl almost straight away. The flat iron side is still curly the next day. That's just over $500 that I have thrown away.

Not a great product. Average quality and difficult to use without a home button as in other models. When I contacted customer service and asked to return the product. I was told it could not be returned.

I ordered for the first time from this company, and it took literally two weeks to get the item. When i did receive it, it didn't work properly and when i contacted customer service they said it was a final sale and it wasn't returnable. Also on 3/22/2024 there was a BOGO for the items and when i contacted them prior to me receiving the first order, they said i couldn't add to the order it was against company policy. Who wouldn't want to pay $10 for having two of these supposedly great items. Incidentally i am happy they didn't honor it as i have said the first curling iron was defective and after the substandard customer service, i am sorry to say will never order from them again!

Ordered two weeks ago. Order not fufilled yet. Was supposed to be bday gift for tommorow!! Ridiculous contacted customer service. They had order on hold for suspicious fraud. They didn’t think it was fraud when they charged my credit card. How bout decline the order of you thought that. Bs reason

Be AWARE. I used the Coast Pro Titanium Flat Iron, and my 10 year old straightener did a better job. So disappointed. They will not accept a return if the box has been opened. So, if you try it and are not satisfied. No return. Poor policy.

I ordered my automatic curler on 6/12 for a Christmas present. And it still has not been delivered. I lodged a complaint and asked for my money to be refunded and they said they could not refund and my order was final. I asked how much longer should I expect delivery and they said they had approval to send a replacement one. Still am yet to receive either curler. I think this company is a scam in Australia!

I ordered the item on 11/12 and never received it. I emailed the company on 12/9 to try to rectify the order and perhaps have another sent, but I did not hear back. At that point I contested the charge on my credit card. As this was a gift, I called the company on 12/26 to inquire about ordering an iron with expedited shipping. The customer service representative told me I would be fined by the bank for the chargeback and that expedited shipping from Illinois to Pennsylvania would be $50 which is exorbitant on a $99 purchase.
