Would be 0 stars but can’t go that low! My daughter has had 5 curling irons in one year that has broken or the chip went out. One of them started smoking and set off the smoke detectors. Although they replaced them each time we were promised that they would send her another style but lied to us on that. They warranty is only good for one year from date of purchase. DONT waste your money on Beachwaver! Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with!

Flimsy and doesn’t last. Used a handful of times, website/google stated 2 year warranty- so I emailed within 2 year- now it’s suddenly just one year. Despite having a photo of the 2 year warranty- they keep posting me to the new “1 year”

Do not buy! We bought a BeachWaver and the handle completely fell off, making the curling iron unusable. I called to request a replacement, but was told there was nothing they would do because it was more than a year after purchase. This product is cheaply made and will not last beyond the one-year warranty period.

I like the way the beachwaver curls hair HOWEVER I had to buy about 4 in the last 2 years because they always break. These aren’t cheap either. I got my last one in February and a few weeks ago. The button to rotate it broke. Which is one of the main things that keeps breaking. Their customer service is horrible. They want to give you the runaround and make you send your curling iron in and once they receive it and process it, then they say they will send out another one. But that does you no good if you need to style your hair in the meantime. I wouldn’t recommend this product

I purchased a Beacheaver for my Daughter for Christmas and it quit heating in 6 months. They fall back on their warranty. Don’t waste your money.

If you want to have the crappiest hair curler, then purchase this curler. If you send it back, they will even charge you.  Return Shipping Fee: $25.58 Original Shipping Fee: $9.99 Handling: $25.56 How ridiculous! The product is so bad, and I wish I had looked at the reviews before buying it. The curls do not even stay, and I have fine hair that usually curls so easily. The ends of your hair will become so dry and brittle because of the small, tiny clamp it goes into. I have never been more disappointed with a curler in my life.  You guys should be ashamed of your customer service and care.

I bought one of their black glitter curlers and it is one of the most awkward curlers I have ever used. It does not create cohesive curls and causes so much heat damage to the hair so for about 2 days after use your hair smells so burnt. I tried it twice both using different techniques but the shape is awkward to use and the auto-rotate/grip thing is useless. Then I emailed them to ask about a return due to it not being anywhere near £119 worth. The staff member that replied was useless due to just giving me links and not explaining anything until I found out they do not allow the return if you have even just opened the box. Then even if you hadn't opened the box and wanted to send it back they take a 15% handling fee. ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Disgraceful firm. Don't waste you money trying and just spend a bit extra on a good brand like ghd.
