Awesome customer service!!! Sarah was the best!!!

My original order was lost in transit. I reached out to the chat and they replaced my order right away.

Always great customer service, very quick and informative!!! Been using beachwavers since 2018 and I absolutely LOVE them! 😄 This is the first iron I’ve had to exchange. Can’t wait to get my new one!

The support rep that I spoke with was kind and very helpful. She stayed on the line with me until we had a resolution for my issue. Thank you Clara for the excellent customer service I really appreciated it!

Clara was so helpful in answering my questions as well as taking care of canceling my order due to a change in product she recommended.

It’s such a pleasure to buy from this company. The quality and ease of these hair curlers is really impressive, but what’s really important is the quality of service. During their big holiday sale I was too excited to get another hair curler and completely forgot to add the extra discount they sent me. After contacting the company about this issue, not even 24 hours later they refunded me the difference. That’s what I call an amazing customer service!

The products and customer support at Beachwaver are awesome! I received a fast response and was taken care of immediately!

I had a small issue with some damaged items. I got a quick response to my message and was able to resolve the issue quickly. I love the products and the service. I will definitely order again.
