I contacted customer service and told them about a problem I had with the curling iron. They offered to give me a refund for the item and they also allowed me to keep my $20 gift certificate that I had previously received. They were very kind, thoughtful and courteous in their customer service. I think that they will use my suggestions that I had about the curling iron in their research and development to see if what I had experienced can be corrected.
