Beachwaver support was awesome. They canceled my order because I needed an S1 instead of a B1 curling iron. I sent them my new order number and they credited me with the 20% discount, as I had already used my 20% off code. I can't wait to use my new curling irons! I purchased the S1 and the S1.5.

I purchased the beachweaver 2-3 months previously and not used it often but liked how it worked. The spring and clasp came out of the holes and didn't hold my hair in order for it to curl. I called to inquire about a replacement and honestly didn't think my request would be honored because of how much time had passed. I offered to send pics to show the iron had not been used often. I was pleasantly surprised that pics were not needed and that I would get a replacement once mine was returned. Thanks to Clara for her wonderful assistance. Much appreciated!

SHOUT OUT TO ALMA IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT... I made a mistake on my order and had to cancel. I was dreading the process because you know how online/email customer service support can be. I was so wrong. The response to my email was so fast and the real live person on the other end was kind and helpful. I got my mistake order canceled and immediately reordered the correct items. Thanks again, Alma!
