I ordered my first beachwaver about a year ago and love it so much. I just placed a second order and realized my discount code didn’t work. I reached out to customer service and they were so helpful and quick! I’ve recommended beachwaver to multiple co-workers and friends who love them and will continue to recommend them!

customer service is very responsive. My hairspray arrived with damage...it happens. After submitting a photo, the company immediately sent a replacement. Total turnaround time to submit and resolve the issue. 36 hours and 2 emails. It would have been quicker if I had sent the photos sooner.
