I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My order was with me within 2 days when I ordered my original beachwaver and it’s so easy to use! After contacting them regarding an issue I had they rectified it literally within hours. Even when I messaged after 6pm on a Friday I had a response within an hour. Most companies customer service I’ve dealt with take days of emailing back & forth to rectify any issues but Beachwaver certainly bucks that trend. 100% genuine company who have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I haven’t received my Beachwaver yet but the customer service is A+! Their policies are listed very clearly and most info is found there, but I had a specific question about my shipment and they were so friendly and very prompt to respond. I expected at least a day, or a few, since I reached out on a Friday, but it was seriously less than an hour. And they provided ALL the info and then some! Couldn’t ask for better service from a company and I’m super excited for my very own Beachwaver!
