I never leave reviews, but honestly given that I’d been getting so many ads for this (which I sure someone reading this might be getting and be sceptical), I wanted to put someone’s mind at ease. I am annoyingly in love with this product. It’s so easy to use and super practical, leaves wonderful curls and stops you from getting a sore arm from holding a curling wand. I’ve been using it every time I’ve done my hair since buying it, it saves time too so I feel like I’m more inclined to do my hair, and I’m also generally a very lazy person 😅 For those who are sceptical, I was too, but genuinely can recommend this product, especially for those lazy girls like me ✌🏻

One of the many hair care items I ordered came in broken from shipment with a broken cap and nozzle. I sent in a picture to get help and was immediately sent a replacement. Thank you so much for the amazing and prompt customer service! That was so hassle-free. I will continue to order my hair care from you guys!

I kept seeing adverts for the Beachwaver on both my Facebook and Instagram pages. At first I wasn’t sure if I should get one because I have spent so much money in the past on hair curling tools, many of which I could never master. I already have one hair curler, which I can use, so I wasn’t sure if should spend money on another. I am so glad I did though: the Beachwaver is so easy to use. A bonus was that it was on offer! It only took four days to come too after ordering. I have used it twice since then: once on myself and once on a friend. The results are great. However, I had one initial issue: it left a kink in my hair, so I contacted the customer services and they replied almost immediately. They sent me a video link which showed me why this was happening. I could see right away what I was doing wrong. Problem solved! I’m also impressed that they offer a free 15 minute consultation if you need further help and support. Great company and fab hair tool. Recommend 🩷❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜

So I tried contacting them when my product first stopped working and I thought because I didn’t have the order number I was at a loss. Today I tried reaching out because they have limited 1year warranty I saw on one of there ads. So I messaged and bam, who ever runs the Instagram Account business message was amazing to deal with! And I can’t wait for my replacement to arrive 😁

Accidentally put the shipping address as my dorm address (I don’t live in my dorm anymore) Saved me from so much embarrassment! 10/10 give Sandra a million dollar raise. So kind even with me panicking a little.

The company processed the order quickly and i had received a discount code that would not except online but after contacting support , they applied the discount code and refunded the amount of the discount, Clara the one i dealt with VERY NICE AND CONSIDERATE .
